Photo by Tiffany Farrell \nJoin Southern Maryland Audubon Society to meet Barn Owl nestlings up close!  Mike Callahan will talk about these endangered raptors and describe their habitats and prey.  A licensed bird handler will apply numbered bands to help identify the chicks when they are later photographed or found.  Then enjoy a Bar-B-Que dinner from Founders Tavern and Grille!  Cost is $30 per person and will benefit raptor conservation in Southern Maryland. \nSpace is limited.  To register\, contact Mike Callahan at raptorsrulemc@gmail.com or call him at 240-765-5192.  When you register\, you will be given driving directions to the private farm where the event will be held.
