The Southern Maryland Audubon Society is proud to host this long-running holiday craft fair, a Southern Maryland tradition for more than thirty years. Every space you rent supports our raptor conservation, nest box and education programs.
Complete the application below to reserve your space. You can pay online with PayPal or by check, and you will receive a confirmation email with your reference number either way.
Our Craft Fair is intended to be an event at which items made by local crafters are offered for sale. We do not accept applications for the sale of items such as Scentsy, LuLaRoe, Mary Kay and similar lines.
No smoking is allowed on school property. Open flames, including candles, are strictly prohibited.
Food Vendors: Anyone selling food items must ensure that they are following all applicable regulations, including Maryland Cottage Food Industry guidelines. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or Health Department approvals required for the products they sell and should have copies of applicable documentation available on the day of the event. Vendors operating under Maryland Cottage Food provisions should also verify that their product types, preparation, packaging, and labeling comply with current state requirements.
