A joint SMAS and Atlantic Kayak Company event

Birders of all levels, beginner to expert, will enjoy looking for our avian friends from a different perspective: on the water. Bring your own binoculars, field guides, drinking water, and a sense of adventure. Atlantic Kayak will supply the kayaks, and our leader Gabi has the knowledge. Gabi is a Master Naturalist, SMAS board member, and employee of Atlantic Kayak Company. This birding event offers the opportunity to explore a great habitat that the sunken ships of Mallows Bay have created. Join us and immerse yourself in the sanctuary’s historical and natural wonders!
